THE EX–CELEBRITY-Part 29

On his first assignment, Ololo was to keep watching if somebody was coming and also to watch how to remove the machines simultaneously. They were able to remove ten C.D players of which about six were having compact discs (CD) inside them. The cars in which they visited that night contained expensive CDs from the best artists in the world.

They have now killed two birds with a stone. Ololo asked where they were going to sell all the machines. Sam who was neck-deep in the business had someone who had been buying them. He was a repairer. Ololo was introduced to the man the next day, that he is also a customer and should be cordially accepted should he bring anything.

The machines got sold as usual and B.G begged for Sam to allow him to keep some of the CDs as his personal properties. Sam allowed that and also introduced B.G to a boutique where he also enjoyed the good reception. He bought what he was going to use for that weekend’s entertainment including Sam’s.

Everybody in the school was kept in suspense of where Ololo actually got the wears for that night’s entertainment. Formally, Ololo was a very good member of the Scripture Union (S.U.) and even advised people to pray before they start their studies. Ololo could have bought all the materials but they were wondering of the sudden change of attitude. The church dancer was performing “dangerous cracking” and the rest. He was the subject of ridicule for that night.

Ololo was somebody who admitted his faults within the shortest possible time. He did what was expected of him and apologized in front of the whole school. Students pitied him alright but those who knew how he was said, in no time he will be doing the same thing again.

The repented soul, the prodigal son remained calm for a whole week. He could not resist the urge to go for the so-called “lucrative business as was expected of them by the repairer. He promised that he was going to loot once again.
