The fact that they are MPs does not mean their lives are better than the life of the ordinary citizen, such as teachers, medical laboratory scientists, farmers, drivers, kayaye, mechanics, carpenters, nurses etc.
If they make good laws and enforce them, it would protect the life of the ordinary Ghanaian who pays their salary and their as well.
Journalists have been murdered in this country before such as the gruesome murder of Ahmed Hussein-Suale by unidentified gunmen on 16th January 2019.
Nurses have been killed too such as the abominable killing of Ms Ruth Ama Eshun on 3rd of February 2020 in Kumasi, and the list goes on and on.
What if Journalists ask for security, and Nurses do same too.
Our lives matter as ordinary Ghanaians!
