She was raped.
She saw the one who raped her.
She went to the police station to report.
The police at the station demanded she hires a car and take him/her to get the person.
The poor woman did not even have a dime to proceed and had to let sleeping dogs lie unwillingly.
Apparently, the woman got infected with HIV and later died.
No law could speak for this vulnerable woman but death that gave her rest.
Was very sad when I heard this.
I only asked one question, who makes the laws fail????
