I am not a frequent flyer but for the few times I have travelled locally within Ghana, I have used AWA. In all the cases, I never noticed almost half an empty vessel (AW 110) till today 23 Feb 2020 in the morning when I was departing from the National Capital. At my own count, 21 of about 52 seats of the vessel were empty. If not for the seat belt, I could have enjoyed a business class seat size in economy.AWA has stood the test of time from competitions in the days of StarBow, Antrak and fall short in safety profile of the competitors. I am to think that their customer service was unmatchable in those days.Onething I admired most was the snack they served customers during the short flight and the AWA sourvnir (small handbag) which unused to package my snacks to a precious stone at home anytime I travelled. Why do business stop doing the good things that attracted their customers for which they may testify to others to join the club? Is it because they get complescent and think that they have arrived?I am not in the least suggesting that the patronage I witnessed was as a results of people protesting something good AWA has stopped but could it be a contributing factor or coincidence?  Maybe that is the routine the time I joined the flight. If you ask me, I would choose a flight that may give me a token while aboard compared to the one that will ask if I care for water when you could give everyone unless the person refuses. If there are many just as me, and coupled with the current competition in the aviation space in Ghana,  I would urge AWA to retrospectively check what may be seen as low patronage in Ghana if what I witnessed is frequent.
