The Governing Board of the Ho Teaching Hospital (HTH) has been inaugurated at a colorful ceremony at the Ministry of Health on Wednesday, October 14, 2020.
The HTH has an 11-member Governing Board including Dr. Amuzu Sodoke who double as the Board Member of the Allied Health Profession Council (AHPC) and the former President of our Professional body, Ghana Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists (GAMLS). The Governing Board is chaired by Dr. Felix Anyah, Chief Executive Officer of the Holy Trinity Medical Center.
Dr. Amuzu Sodoke is an avowed Professional, affable and gentle in nature, he’s admirably loved and cherish by all and sundry. He’s someone I hold in high esteem and eulogized and it’s gratifying and self-respecting that I became a member of the Ghana Association of the Medical Laboratory Scientists in 2015 under his stewardship and tenure as the President of the Association.
Administering the Oath of Office and Secrecy to Board members, Hon. Kwaku Agyeman-Manu, Minister for Health, said he was optimistic that with the expertise serving on the Board, they will be able to achieve the vision of HTH and make the place a center of excellence in the provision of tertiary services.
