On the sofoline stretch to Bekwai roundabout in Kumasi, Ghana and from the interchange, an aspect of the road is very bad and I have been wondering who is to complete. I traveled on this road today and the act of irresponsibility, negligence, lack of initiative, “I don’t care attitude”, exhibited by some policemen was appalling.
Some charcoals from a cargo vehicle (as seen in the video and pictures) had fallen unto the road because of the bumpy nature of the bad stretch.
I couldn’t believe some policemen in uniform and in a police vehicle with the writing ” National Highway Patrol “, managed to pass by the incident and went away.
I wish they could maintain some order or even initiate a process to help manage the situation. I hope for an opportunity to appraise such officers of the law.
