When the speaker was wrapping up his presentation on HIV status disclosure, he said that traditionally in our environment, men are cloath with power which enables them to disclose their HIV status more than women.
It was to this statement that the moderator gave the humour I presented at the beginning of the article.
It kept me thinking of how power has been shifting among couples everyday without elections. If this had been effected with daily elections, I can imagine how children who might be the referees will suffer at the hands of their parents.
Is not God wonderful to engineer power shifting at home every night without elections?
