I was in the hospital when I saw a taxi sped into the emergency parking space. The driver rushed to the passenger’s door and opened the door only for the supposed patient who needed the emergency care to refuse to come out of the car.
The driver finally had to pull him out and virtually dragged him to the emergency unit to be given care.
All of us didn’t understand what was going on.
I walked to the emergency unit only to find the patient accusing the driver of knocking him off his motorbike with his car. This was a surprise to the driver. He rather was helping the patient because the man fell off his motorbike and he passing by was being a good samaritan to rush him to the hospital and now could hardly defend himself from the accusation. We almost believed the story of the patient but what I could not appreciate was why he resisted being taken to the emergency unit to be cared for.
Matters got worse when the driver was held at the collar of his shirt by the patient to prevent him from running away. It took several interventions to release the driver of the grips of the victim.
Apparently, the driver was only going to get a witness to be able to hand over the mobile phone of the victim that he picked at the accident scene.
When the driver returned to the emergency unit with a witness who was an MTTU officer that had also come to the hospital to visit a relative, the victim of the accident held his collar and started screening that the police officer who only came to the place upon request by the driver is conniving with the driver to steal his motorbike.
It took several men to make the patient let the policeman who was in maufty go. Not even the serious slaps the policeman gave could secure his release.
It then became clear that the accident might have induced some psychotics episodes in the victim who needed some psychiatric attention.
Till then people almost believed the stories of the victim.

Assemblies of God Saga:

I have seen articles alleging that the man of God was killed because he was involved in the rituals and killing of family members.
I will not be surprised some people will believe in such lunacy emanating from abuse of tramadol, glue-sniffing and whatever.

Anokwa!!!!!
